During the past year, the Wabash County Historical Museum completed the first strategic planning process in our history. We were elated to complete this plan in July and to change our outlook as an organization from month to month to truly committing to a five year plan for the future. All facets of the plan are built around three guiding principles:

Preservation, Education and Innovation.

Welcoming more than 20,000 annual visits including the Wabash County community, visitors to downtown Wabash, former residents returning for a family event or class reunion, and school field trips, the Wabash County Museum is an important part of tourism, education and placemaking. Supporting our endowment will help ensure the the Museum, which celebrated it's 100th birthday in 2023, will exist long into the future to preserve our collection and stories, to educate future generations, and to innovate the way we present it all.
